@ cherish  /ˈtʃer.ɪʃ/
     Meaning: to love, protect, and care for someone or something that is important to you (yêu mến).
     Example: Although I cherish my children, I do allow them their independence.

@ choose /tʃuːz/
     Meaning: to decide what you want from two or more things or possibilities (chọn lựa).
     Example: We chose a delicate floral pattern for our bedroom curtains.

@ chop  /tʃɒp/
     Meaning: to cut something into pieces with an axe, knife, or other sharp instrument (chặt, đốn, bổ, chẻ).
     Example: Peel the cucumber and chop it into small cubes.

@ claim /kleɪm/
     Meaning: to say that something is true or is a fact, although you cannot prove it and other people might not believe it (quả quyết, khẳng định).
     Example: Some people still claim that there is no firm evidence linking smoking with lung cancer.

@ clap /klæp/
     Meaning: to strike one's hands together repeatedly to applaud or express approval (vỗ tay).
     Example: The audience started to clap when the singer finished per performance and left the stage.

@ clasp /klæsp/
     Meaning: to hold someone or something firmly in your hands or arms (ôm chặt, nắm chặt).
     Example: Lie on your back, clasp your knees and pull them down towards your chest.

@ clean /kliːn/
     Meaning: to remove dirt from something (làm sạch).
     Example: When I was studying for my exams, I used to clean the house as a sort of displacement activity.

@ climb /klaɪm/
     Meaning: to ascend or move upward, especially by using one's hand and feet (leo, trèo).
     Example: The hikers had to climb a steep mountain to reach the summit and enjoy the breathtaking view.
