     to put on formal clothes for a special occasion (mặc đồ trang trọng cho dịp đặc biệt)
     You don't need to dress up to go to the mall, jeans and a T-shirt are fine.
     I am wondering how I should dress up for my date with Taylor Swift tonight.

@ chat up /tʃæt ʌp/
     to talk to someone in a way that shows that you are sexually attached to them (nói chuyện thu hút, quyến rũ ai)
     He spent all evening chatting her up and buying her drinks.
     He always chats you up every time he sees you.

@ turn down /tɜːn daʊn/
     to refuse an offer, a job, or a request (từ chối một đề nghị, một công việc hay một yêu cầu)
     He turned down the job because it involved too much travelling.
     Would you turn down the chance to meet Donald Trump?

@ go out /ɡəʊ aʊt/
     to have a romantic and usually sexual relationship with someone (có mối quan hệ lãng mạn và tình cảm với ai)
     How long have you been going out with him?
     They went out with each other for five years before getting married.

     to intentionally fail to meet someone when you said you would, especially someone you were starting to have a romantic relationship with (thất hẹn, đặc biệt khi mới bắt đầu hẹn hò)
     I don't know if I've been stood up or if she's just late. I'll wait another half hour.

@ get over /ɡet ˈəʊvə(r)/
     to get better after an illness, or feel better after something or someone has made you unhappy (hồi phục sau khi bị bệnh, hoặc sau khi bị ai hoặc cái gì làm cho buồn)
     It took her months to get over Cully Murphy when he ended the relationship.
     He is still getting over the shock of being made redundant.
