@ hide /haɪd/
     Meaning: to put something or someone in a place where that thing or person cannot be seen or found, or to put yourself somewhere where you cannot be seen or found (trốn, che giấu).
     Example: A line of trees at the bottom of the garden hid the ugly factory walls.

@ hit /hɪt/
     Meaning: to move your hand or an object onto the surface of something so that it touches it, usually with force (đánh, đụng).
     Example:The car skidded off the road, hit a tree and overturned.

@ hold  /hoʊld/
     Meaning: to take and keep something in your hand or arms (nắm, giữ).
     Example: Tom Cruise and Nicola were having a squabble about who was going to hold the dog's lead.

@ hop /hɑːp/
     Meaning: to jump on one foot or to move about in this way (nhảy lò cò).
     Example: I stubbed my toe and hopped to the kitchen to get some ice.

@ hope  /hoʊp/
     Meaning: to want something to happen or to be true, and usually have a good reason to think that it might (hy vọng).
     Example: She is hoping to get a loan from her bank to help her out of her financial predicament.

@ hug /hʌɡ/
     Meaning: to hold someone tightly in one's arms as a sign of love, affection, or comfort (ôm).
     Example: She felt much better after her friend gave her a warm and comforting hug.

@ hurry  /ˈhɝːri/
     Meaning: to move or do things more quickly than normal or to make someone do this (làm gấp, thúc giục).
     Example: Cluching the money to her chest, she hurried to the bank.

@ hurt /hɝːt/
     Meaning: to feel pain in a part of your body, or to injure someone or cause them pain (bị đau, làm đau).
     Example: My throat is so sore that it really hurts when I swallow.
